How can I stay connected with my neighbors and community?

Is someone in the office?
Yes! We are working in the office during normal business hours. We are here to meet with you by phone and email.
How do I pay my rent?
We’re directing everyone to pay online. Either with ACH (check), Credit Card, or electronic Money Order. You can make these payments on our Portal. If you do not have access to our Portal, please contact the office by phone or email and we can get you set up.
Are amenities open?
At this time, all non-essential amenities are closed (Fitness Center, Pool, Business Center, etc.) All laundry facilities, where applicable, will remain open at this time.
Are you accepting packages?
At this time, we are directing deliveries to individual apartments. Where applicable, package lockers are accessible.
How will my maintenance issues be addressed?
At this time, we continue to respond to service request. You will notice our maintenance techs are taking extra precautions to protect you and them by wearing gloves and practicing social distancing. You can enter a service request on our Portal. Or you can call or email the office with the request.
I've lived here for over 2 months and I love it. I moved from out of state and I'm so happy with the location! The apartments are beautiful and quiet. The staff are the best and take care of any issue quickly. It's also important to me that it's dog friendly! I can't wait to start using the club house and fitness center. Mandy
I can’t say enough about the staff here. They are so welcoming and accommodating. Even with all the construction still going on, the grounds are kept very clean. It’s quiet and so convenient to downtown Cincinnati. We have fallen in love with Bellevue and all the restaurants and shops.
This place is gorgeous, just moved in and I absolutely love it!!! The view is amazing and I can’t wait to start using all the awesome amenities!
Beautiful view of the river. Great management and staff! Really friendly residents and the building is Quiet most of the time. 10 minutes from Downtown, access to lots of bars and restaurants in Dayton, Bellevue and Newport. The perfect combination of proximity to the fun and retreat to the quiet.

My daughter is moving into these apartments. We went to look at them and they’re being built as I write this review. Scott at the leasing office took his time explaining everything that was going on and even took us to her apartment (with hard hats on of course).
